John Michael's Birthday

John Michael turned 4 on December 6th so we headed to Hueytown to celebrate! The theme was Handy Manny (which having two girls I had never heard of) and it was really cute. My mother-in-law made the cake, which Michael calls crack, and Tammy had the kids paint cute little toys. The boys had trucks and the girls had mirrors. It was really cute and we had fun. I just can't believe he is already 4!!

Shores Family Photos

My dad asked Krystal, BJ, and me if we would get together and have our picture made for my mom so Sunday afternoon we met at Botanical Gardens and did just that. We also took some surprise shots for my dad too! Here are a few...

Christmas Tree Farm

Matt, my mother-in-law, and I took the five kids to the Pine Hill Tree farm. It was really nice. They have complimentary hot chocolate, a tractor ride, and real reindeer. They also have a few photo props set up, perfect for scrapbooking! We didn't get our tree here (they are cheaper at Lowe's!) but we did have a good time!

Cassidy's Christmas Program 2008

Cassidy's annual Christmas program for school was Tuesday night at the Bessemer Civic Center. It was really cute. They combined two grades and each group sang two songs. Madison kept asking me when her sister was going to sing, then she got really excited when Cassidy's grade got up there. Both girls had a good time, especially Madison who gets tickled whenever she gets to clap!

Thanksgiving 2008

We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We started the morning off at Matt's parents' house and ate there and hung out till that afternoon. Then we headed to my grandparents' to end the day. We had great food both places, but I always enjoy being with my family more! The girls had a good time playing with their cousins, then they headed home with my parents so Matt and I could do some shopping Friday! All in all it was a great day!

Iron Bowl 2008

Well I was a good sport again this year and let Matt dress the girls in their Auburn attire. Personally, I knew it would not make a difference what they were wearing, that Alabama was going to take care of business. And they did! Roll Tide!
